Robotic Mower Installation Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling the installation of a robotic mower, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from proceeding with the installation.
Scope of Services
The installation service includes the setup and configuration of the robotic mower, which may include:
Site assessment and preparation.
-Installation of boundary wires.
-Configuration of the mower's settings.
-Basic operational training for the user.

Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
-Provide clear access to the installation area.
-Ensure that the installation site is free of obstacles and hazards.
-Inform the installer of any specific requirements or concerns.

Payment Terms
-Full payment is due before the installation date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
-Any additional services requested after installation may incur extra charges.

Warranty and Liability
The installation service is covered by a warranty period of 1 month.
The company is not liable for damages resulting from misuse of the mower or failure to follow provided instructions.

Rescheduling and Cancellations
Customers may reschedule or cancel installations with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
Cancellations made with less notice may incur a fee.

Limitation of Liability
The company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the installation or use of the robotic mower.

Changes to Terms
The company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes prior to the installation.
